Why grass-fed?
Our All Natural Grass-fed Beef is tender, flavorful, lower in fat, calories, and cholesterol than grain-fed meats and higher in beta carotene (Vitamin A), conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) and Omega-3 fatty acids, which help to reduce cholesterol, diabetes, cancer and high blood pressure and improve brain function.

Our family represents the second and third generation, respectively, of the Boeckmann Family Farm which was established in 1963 in Loose Creek, MO. We take great pride in the production of our All Natural Grass-fed beef.
